Denis Boulze passionnate with photography in his early years, he worked at Rouchon studio as first assistant with respected photographers like Sarah Moon, Jan Walter, Sofia and Mauro. He also directs films. His personal creation adopts alternatively both color and black&white to interpret fashion series and still life, always obviously driven by a certain sense of poetry. A long term project based on his family portraits in their summer family house is about to be published, always with his very specific signature of softness and intemporality in his image. Analog photography suits to the sense of intimacy with his subjects that Denis obviously seeks and nurishes. He also collaborates with magazines such as Milk, Air France Magazine, Dédicate and for brands in photography and films like Weston with the art director Olivier Saillard, Erès or Hermès.
